Delete Organization

Delete an organization.

Deletes an organization if it has no active (non-deleted) applications. Only users with an owner role (with delete:organizations permission) can delete an organization.

Returns: Object with deletion timestamp

Raises: HTTPException: 404 if organization not found or user lacks permission; HTTPException: 400 if organization has active applications
